	The Ivy Gate Handcrafted Candles is a family run business located in Brantford, Ontario since 2002. Our business began with the idea of "We Could Do That"... Our never-ending search for a candle with a good fragrance and appealing colour, but at a reasonable cost, led us down many roads. We knew what we liked and wanted, but had difficulty finding it. When we candle-shopped, the scents and colours seemed to disappoint more often than not. We knew that the only way that we would be able to get the quality and value that we wanted, we would have to do it ourselves. Hence .... "we could do that" ... and The Ivy Gate Handcrafted Candles" was born! Extensive amounts of research and learning have gotten us to this point and every step along the way filled with encouragement from family and friends. We are very proud of our hand-poured candles and hope you will enjoy having and using them in your home.
